3cl - 1oz. of Calvados Père Magloire V.S.O.P.
1cl - 1/3 oz. of Xante
1,5cl - 1/2 oz. of homemade ginger syrup
2cl - 2/3 oz. of apple juice
Juice of half lime

Rate this cocktail:
Pour all ingredients to boston shaker.
Shaker well and strain into a glass (old fashioned).
Garnish with a cinnamon and peel of lime.
Taste it with your friend and please enjoy!
Père Magloire V.S.O.P. is notable because it is made only from cider from apples harvested in the Pays d’Auge. The character this soil gives the apples, combined with double distillation in copper stills, offers the V.S.O.P. richness and length. V.S.O.P. is blended from Calvados which has been aged in century-old oak barrels for at least four years.
I have working 6 years behind the bar desk. I’m using Calvados Pere magloire vsop because it is very good base for tastefully cocktails and I think that one calvados a day keeps the doctor away.
Almost everything fits with this cocktail. It doesn´t matter if you are tired or happy. Sad or sunny. This makes you feel better anyway!
