3cl - 1 oz. of fresh Apple Juice

1,5cl - 1/2 oz. of Rosemary Simple sugar

1,5cl - 1/2 oz. of fresh Lemon Juice

0,7cl - 1/4 oz. of Chambord Wine

The recipe

Shake and Strain into Martini Glass
Pour on top with Chambord
Garnish with 3 Blackberries

Syrup : water and sugar mix boil for 30 minutes then chilled in the fridge. Add the Rosemary for one day to infuse.
