4cl - 1 ¼ oz. of Calvados Père Magloire FINE V.S.


2cl - ½ oz. of sugar syrup


2cl - ½ oz. of lime juice


4cl - 1 ¼ oz. of sparkling water

The recipe


Pour the Calvados, brown sugar cane syrup and lime juice in a shaker. Shake.
Pour into a tumbler and add sparkling water.


To be served cold, accompanied by apple "Golden" or olive tapenade.

I work since 2012 at the Auberge de la Touques and I like to offer different styles of cocktails (short, long and cocktail of the day) that can be enjoyed both at the beginning and end of a meal.

Calvados "Père Magloire" is a reference to its authenticity, a guarantee of quality for our cocktails. This is one of the finest products of Normandy.

Jack Collins is a subtle blend between the caramelized apple and the roundness lime.
