2cl - 2/3 oz. of Saint Germain liquor
1cl - 1/3 oz. of rose syrup
0,5cl - ¼ oz. of lime juice
1 dash of egg white
5cl - 1 ½ oz. of champagne Perrier-Jouêt

Note:
Pour all ingredients in a Boston shaker filled with ice.
Shake hardly.
Remove the ice cubes and shake again.
Strain in a coupe and complete with champagne.
