3cl - 1oz. of Calvados Père Magloire FINE V.S.
1cl - 1/3oz. of caramel syrup
1 spoon of cinnamon syrup (home made)
1,5 - 1/2oz. of citrus beer
2cl - 0.75oz.of bisque soup or sea-food demi glace
1 spoon of lemon juiceDetails of the recipe
Rate this cocktail:
Put all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake and double strain in a martini glass.
Decoration: a spoon made with chocolate milk and goat cheese (soft) sprinkled with saffron.
You can serve it in a copper glass for cider.
You can taste it before dinner with starters or after dinner as a digestive.
